Kulturprinsen offers a position as an administrator in a vibrant environment where no two days are the same. We are looking for an administrator with solid financial experience and an interest in children, art and culture - a service-minded person who wants to be part of a working community where we help each other.
As an administrator, you will have overall responsibility for Kulturprinsens finance and administration in close cooperation with the Head of Centre.
THE ADMINISTRATOR SHALL
- Finance and accounting tasks such as bookkeeping in e-conomic, invoicing, VAT settlement, transport, project accounts, monthly budget follow-up, preparation of annual accounts, etc.
- Personnel tasks in the form of employment letters, salary agreements, fee agreements with artists, staff handbook, reporting on illness, holidays, reimbursements, etc. to SD, virk.dk, vita and others.
- TAP tasks such as contact for cleaning, keys, maintenance and repairs.
- A wide range of administrative tasks including overview of IT users and programmes (from Viborg Municipality), GDPR - personal data policy internally and externally, insurances - including reporting to travel insurance, telephony, subscriptions, memberships, purchasing office supplies and servicing board meetings
ABOUT YOU
It is important that you have solid experience and a flair for financial and accounting tasks. You must be able to work both independently and in close co-operation with other Kulturprinsens staff.
We would like you to have a relevant clerical or administrative qualification.
The tasks require you to work in a structured way with an overview, thoroughness, flexibility and attention to detail.
ABOUT THE PRINCE OF CULTURE
Kulturprinsen is a development centre for children and youth culture that works locally, nationally and internationally based on art and culture. Kulturprinsen is an independent institution in close cooperation with Viborg Municipality, which handles salary payments, IT equipment and programmes, etc.
Kulturprinsen works on a project-based basis with artists, cultural institutions, research and educational environments, schools and day care centres. Based on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and 17 Global Goals, we anchor and strengthen creativity, play, sustainable education and identity in children and young people.
SALARY AND RECRUITMENT
The post is a permanent full-time position. You are requested to take up the post no later than 7 August 2023.
Place of employment: Regimentsvej 5B, 8800 Viborg.
Salary as per current public agreement in the field.
Interviews will take place on 8 and 9 June in Viborg.
