Kulturprinsen will participate again this year in the Culture Meeting in connection with the FOKUS track on Friday 25 August. Four exciting talks are planned, all revolving around, delving into and reflecting on the themes of art, culture, school and sustainable education.

ART, CULTURE AND SCHOOL - SUSTAINABLE EDUCATION

Moderator: Mette Walsted Vestergaard

How can children's culture support children's awareness of, and work on, the UN Sustainable Development Goals? Join a conversation with professionals and artists about how arts and culture can support sustainability and vice versa - and the importance of targeted interventions in schools.

CHILDREN'S WAY TO THE CULTURAL MEETING

350 children from six schools in Northern Jutland, together with six artists, have explored the many languages and expressions of art in the weeks leading up to the Cultural Meeting. At the Culture Summit, they meet for a lively cultural conversation about children, art, culture and education. The conversation will include a panel of experts on children's culture - the children themselves - and a number of artists. Together they will take the pulse of children's culture in the North Jutland Region.

ALL CHILDREN'S ACCESS TO ART, CULTURE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT 17.45 - 19.00, Musikværket, Hall 2

Moderator: Christian Have

Participants from the day's other talks on art, culture, school and sustainable education pick up on the theme. Together with a number of politicians, they paint a picture of what it will take to ensure that all children have open access to arts, culture and sustainable education. After the Mors Culture Meeting, the conclusions will be presented to the Minister for Education, the Minister for Culture, the Minister for Education and Research and the Minister for Children and Social Affairs.
